All KGSP students have to visit NIIED office (in Seoul) for the orientation.
Students from universities that were faraway from Seoul like Busan, Daegu will sleep over at NIIED office The building and the room was nice, new and clean except it was no WIFI and the curfew was 9pm. Otherwise, you would not be able to get into the building.
We got Bulgogi for dinner which was great.
The orientation was as expected a lot of rules etc. What I like most was they taught us to play Korean traditional flute which has only 5 note (do, re mi, sol and la). I used to play Thai flute before and had a good sense of playing traditional instrument. Still, I was struggled with it.
